I agree it is the CF 17g from my limited experience with polys.

Yes, best spin/speed combo is in favor of Cyber Flash.

Whereas in best overall power may win Poly Polar.

I also vote for cyberflash.

One that is strung at a low tension.

Turbo Touch 17 and SPPP 1.25 are two most powerfull poly's hands down.

Look for the one with the best elasticity and you'll, probably, find the one with the best power, too.

Power is not a function of elasticity, but about recoil force and friction.

Ok, then... Look for the one with the best "recoil force and friction" and you'll, probably, find the one with the best power, too...

Are you kidding, SPPP has no power. Polystar Energy is the more powerful ( and most stretchy) poly bar none.

Touch Turbo....but useless in a few hours when tension diminishes

i found SPPP 17G to have tons of power... strung at 55/53...

I though PS Energy was one with a lot of power. You should also check out Polylon SP (Gosen) or Topspin Poly Polar, albeit the first two recommendations beat it pretty handidly.

Another vote for Polystar Energy.

But can Energy hit those balls as the high jumping/biting ones hit by Cyber Flash?

(crazy biting spin!)

Ashaway dynamite 17g? (high 40s to low 50s)

SPPP and TT hands down...... SPPP even more because it does not lose tension like turbo touch does..... anyone who argues against SPPP is clueless

babolat pro hurricane 18g cuz its the softest poly out ther and it loses tension very fast

Just tried Cyber Flash last night..i have to add that to my list of most powerfull poly's as well.. At this point i would rate cyber flash first..then SPPP closely followed by Turbot touch.

Just ordered some Polystar energy to try out also....

does PS energy have more power than CyberFlash?

+1, and by far !
I sell it in my shop, with cyberflash and SPPP, and there's no possible comparaison, at least on the power point of view

I've had a lot of experience with ALU Power, SPPP, Touch Turbo, and recently Cyber Flash.

I think the differences are so small, its not worth arguing about.

With that said, I did feel that the SPPP was the lowest powered. Cyber Flash fee's a little more "bouncy" than the ALU power, but I am not sure if there was much of a difference or not. The Touch Turbo doesn't perform like the other strings, so I wouldn't say it is a direct competitor. It might take the crown, but I found a noticable decrease in spin.

I've never noticed a real big power increase or decrease in strings besides when I used gut.

...and I thought we already settled the tension/power debate? The increase in power with a decrease in tension is negligible.
