Best String & Tension for M-Fil 300

Hi,

I was wondering what would be better for the M-Fil 300 for a baseline, mainly flat hitting player. I have a choice between Prince Synthetic Gut and Big Banger Alu Power.

Also, what tension works well with the M-Fil 300?
