What eye-drops product should I buy for clearing of my eyes from the sweat? Is there such product that dissolves the sweat, dripping in my eyes & blurring my vision? I think the sweat breaks-down the sunblock-lotion and that gets in my eyes too.
All of these are for redness & swelling, not for clearing vision from sweat.

Sunblock companies make the "sports" version that is water-resistant. That would help in your situation.
For eye drops, if your eyes are not experiencing any redness, then saline solution will do just fine.
Like other posters have recommended, try a headband and keep a towel on the court.

I always wear a headband (the Agassi way); it covers my whole head. Also my sun-block lotion is water-resistant. I also use a towel... but can't really wipe-off my face for every point. Once my forehead starts burning with sweat it's a non-stop till the shower.
Saline solution? Is that an Eye Wash: Sterile Isotonic Buffered Solution that one finds in a First Aid Kit?
Chopps what are you talking about?

Uhh, sweat for all practical purposes IS saline....you want to use saline to wash out saline?? This is what towels are for.

Sounds like it would work. Any saline solution designed for contact lens users should work. In fact, even normal water should work.

Sweat = non-sterile + residues of the sun block.
Saline solution = sterile, purified.
Towel = can't be used to wipe eyeballs.

Avoid applying the sun block above/around the eyes.
Wear a full-brimed hat with a built-in sweatband. It will help protect from the sun and absorb sweat.
Carry a small terry-type towel or get those huge sweat band to mop your brow.
Ordinary saline solution will flush your eyes without doing harm but may not be practicle in the long run. Toweling often is your best bet.
