Dunlop Aerogel 100 & 200 (16x19) Questions

Well to be honest, I've never hit with either of the Aerogels you're interested in.
But I do know that the AG 200 (16x19) thats out in Europe right now isn't much like the AG 200 out here in America, or so I've been told. From what I've heard, from a friend in England, the other version of the 200 has much less control than the 18x20, its much thicker (beam), and feels stiff (I didn't know what that meant considering its a 200, its open string pattern).
And about the 100, unless you're in Europe you're gonna have to pay some big $ to get it shipped out to wherever you are, and thats at least an extra 20 Pounds ( if you buy from UK) which is a lot of money in my books.

Mex, I'm also intrigued by the AG100 and I did find a place that would ship it to the US but as LarougeNY said it is very costly. About the only good thing is that if you do get a couple of them and don't like them, you can sell them fairly quickly due to the rarity of the frame in the US.
Just curious, have you tried either the Pro Staff 6.0 95 or the Hyper Pro Staff 6.0 95 (red/black limited edition)? What about the 300G or MFil300 or Aerogel300?

I live in the UK and bought a AG100 just too see what it played like. Its a very nice racket but needs lead tape as it is too light for a mid IMO (my usual racket is ncode90). Its very low powered and swings effortlessly, volleys were good and it has alot of feel from all areas of the court. Even with the lighter weight the racket felt stable and there were no vibrations. Its a great racket if you are looking for a lighter mid or something to customize but not worth shipping over to the US as its really nothing special. As for the 16/19 200 its not really a 200 becuase its got a big thick beam like a pure drive and the headsize is 100sqin.

its a little stiffer, and lighter though(which was a bummer to me, i really like the flex/weight of the 18x20)
does have more pop then the us ver. am experimenting with string right now for it.....
i did add about 4 grams of lead to 6/9 helped a lot
there is another 200 model sold in europe as well, its called the 200 plus
i'm not exactly sure about the specs. but this could be the one with the thicker beam
its 100" head and i'm guessing is 1/4 to 1/2 inch longer then the other 2

They both have a 20mm beam and according to this site it (the 16x19) is less stiff.
Then I guess it depends on websites

The website clearly states that it's the 200 + mate. The "normal" 16x19 has the same mold as the 18x20, it's the layup that's different, and the drilling pattern. The racquet is ~ 10 grams lighter than the 18x20, but is most certainly not 255 g
