no imitation of edberg, becker or mcenroe yet ?...
(or maybe he's too young !)
Did you ever notice how much the English and the French dislike Nadal? Seriously, they're always making fun of him. Maybe they are frustrated with the lack of their own successful players?
Djoko doesn't dislike Nadal, he was just doing it for laughs.
i know a good few french people who like nadal

I agree I don´t take it in any bad way. He´s just having fun. I do agree that´s he´s hungry for attention as well. He seems to do anything to be in front of the camera. But one thing I noticed is that he made impressions of Grand Slam champions. I still need his Roddick & Safin impersonation.

Where's the Nalby one?
Thing is, this sort of light-hearted humor is usually performed by guys much lower doen the ATP rankings. In Roland Garros, Djokovic was in desperate need of attention. If the camera attention he received wasn't enough, he had to jump in front of the camera when other players were being filmed.
The guy is young so hopefully, he'll grow out of the attention grabbing act.
I also loved seeing Nadal defeat Djokovic in 3 straight sets at the French this year.
His Roddick impression is great too. Some day he may pick on the wrong guy. I don't know if Marat would find it too funny if Djok impersonated him. Or Safin may be the kind of guy you just don't impersonate.
That was a Serian doing an impression of Nadal (amongst others) and the BBC showed it, does that mean the English hate Sampras, Ivanisevic, Sharapova, Hewitt aswell?
You don't have to be so confrontational to make a point, do you? Just disagree with me without the silly "get over yourself". Why is it so hard for many on this board to disagree with what's written down without attacking another poster for no good reason?War said:As it is, Djokovic is #4, and therefore your post is 100% irrelevant...so please...get over yourself.
Djokovic rocks. I think he is the most fun of players by far.
Last year, whenever I saw him at Croatia Open he was making jokes. Either with tourists that wanted to take pictures with him, or when we were having a rehersal of the trophy ceremony the day before finals and he walked on court, took the big trophy and started walking away with it. It was hilarious
He still lost though. I'll bet he thought he outplayed Rafa again. I don't understand why anyone likes this arrogant guy. I hope he doesn't get any better. He'll make Roger look humble.OOOOOOh..he dared to make fun of your favourite? Though, I'm sure Rafa himself has a better sense of humor than his "freaks".
I think Djoker would get Safinized in the face if he made fun of Marat.
Bjorkman is the reigning champion of imitating those guys. I saw him do them on a feature several years ago.
Now Nadal has to go do a Djokovic impression...Bounce the ball about 47 times before serving and then call for a medical timeout on the 48th bounce.

And I thought it was hilarious. Not a hard thing to do.
The term "humor" is lost on the likes of you, seriously.
he is a nerd.
