i'm trying my new setup of my red code/ x-1 biphase hybrid tonight!!! cant wait!!! hopefully its as good as some ppl say it is
Ooooh tell me how it hits! Might try that as well.
it feels real good. not as stiff as red code, the biphase crosses softens it up, as noveson said

I strung all of these myself; k6.1 team w/ red x-1 biphase mains and gosen polylon crosses. plays well, lasts ~20 hrs.
Just strung it last night for a match this afternoon.
VS17 Mains / SPPP 17L Crosses at 48/50 lbs., respectively. Power padded on the throat.
Oh man SPPP looks great in that racket. Great choice. It pops quite fast though too, atleast the 17g version. tons of bite.I used to have a Prince O3 Tour in the 100 like Davydenko used. At one point I had it strung with the orange SPPP and had a bright orange overgrip (klipper) on it that looked awesome for anyone who likes the color orange.
What tension are you using in this setup? I ask as I am getting ready to buy me a couple of 6.1 teams.
Edit - saw your reponse down a few posts
How does this setup hit? I have always used the champions choice.
It hits really well, although probably not as good as champions choice. While the X-1 is quite expensive, the poly is dirt cheap. I use the poly only to stiffen up the stringbed. It doesn't have good spin potential, but I have a semi-eastern forehand, so it is not an issue for me with this setup. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the info. I might give this a try in my new team as it would be alot less expensive then the champions choice. Color choice looks great in this racquet as well
Thanks.
also, my ksix-one team with blue ag syn gut, gosen polylon ice, and a custom stencil:
Thanks.

Man that Aeropro is HOT.
I've noticed a bunch of posters mentioning they use polyon ice, is that a good string? It's really cost efficient but i don't know if i want it...
There are a lot newer polys that are just a tad more expensive that are much better IMO.
goober - can you share those with us?
you should get the tournagrip xl...it will cover the original grip.
hey mike what kinda racket is that?
i have a 1hbh so the tournagrip original doesn't even get dirty all the way, tournaXL would just be a waste of excess grip and money.
who makes it?
pretty sick rubber band. whered u get it bro?
Nick that looks nice apart from the shock absorber or whatever you want to call it
lol yeah but there must be better blue ones. Surely you found that one on the court!!
Ooh!!! Can I get one? It would go well with my new string job.Sadly I have over 50 of them at home!...I only use them with poly..hate the sound without one. Wont be using a dampener 2moro when I string up some Babolat VS Touch ive got coming in
