Just wondering, has anybody found wristbands and/or Nike Dri-Fit or Adidas Climacool hats? Also if anybody finds some Vapor V/VI's in size 8, 8.5 or 9 and wants to trade for size 8.5 black/pink CB 1.3 send me a PM.

I wish I could find more wristbands. I am currently trying to find some Fed Concord and White wristbands from Australian Open 09 to match a nice shirt that I have acquired. :)

However, I do not want to spend the $20.00 or so on the 'bay. I had a sweet order through another tennis site, but then they said they were out of stock and that Nike was going to fulfill the order. A week later, I got another call from this tennis site and they informed me that Nike was unable to fill the order and I was SOL....

I bet you got them at a Ross somewhere other than the West Coast, right? We have been royally screwed over here in CA, at least in Central California. The 4 or 5 Ross stores in my area got NOTHING. UGH. Maybe they thought that no one in my area plays tennis :???:

NorCal and SoCal as well. I've checked Ross's, TJMaxx's and Marshall's and there has been nothing like what has been found in this thread by others.

Chicago premium outlets had the white/baby blue vapor vi for 60 dollars. Biggest size was 12. They had almost everything in between

im in washington. this is the 4th or 5th one i visited so not all of them have it. i just got lucky

Guys,

Quick question and pardon if I'm not in the right thread. Yesterday, at Ross on Hawthorne Blvd. near Hermosa Beach, I paid $9.95 for Nadal's white "grey check" shorts. Here is why I'm writing - the tag, both in the garment and the large sales tag say: "Nadal Custm". There is no size listed and his "toro/bull" is on the back. I bought 'em just because of these unique points....

In Washington state. I'm at Ross as we speak, just couple pairs of ballistecs again along with a pair of prince tennis shoes.

Sounds like you bought some shorts that Nike had made for Nadal. But since he skipped Wimbledon and took 2 months off, Nike probably had extras that they had to get rid of. :) Do they seem like they would fit Nadal?

I like Nadal, but I'm not close enough to say they'd fit him:). But I'm 32/33/34 depending on the cut of the pant - these seem to be 23/33.

in regards to those shorts - i have seen them on ****. I guy was selling them for $50 ... they were white shorts with black stripes or lines... they had a black Bull logo on the back waistband. i bid on them but got out bid.... glad i did since they are going for $10!!

I'd think they are in a 32/33 size - a hair snug on me gives the motivation to lose "those last 5...." The funny thing is, I was at Nordstrom Rack(Howard Hughes Center) and bought a similar pair - no customizing on these - colored in Nadal's "charcoal w/white check". I bought medium and I am SWIMMING in them.

BTW - the custom shorts, that was the only pair I saw but will be on hte look out for more. Wife and daughter say to NEVER wear them and get Rafa to sign them.....

All I did was ask about shorts I've never seen before. But, it seems as though custom items(shoes, shorts, etc.) make it to the general public sometimes.

You have to admit, though, seeing breathe cages for $27/pair and these at $10, is there any rhyme or reason to paying full retail?
