Yeah it is a good racquet. Too light for me though. I do not know if Etennis has that one, but you can demo the new youtek radical OS there which is also very light and real nice on the arm.

Thanks for the tip, but I never buy new sticks. I'd rather wait a few years and then pick them up at the discounted price.
The weight is shown as 11.2 ounces on some of the more reputable sites and 10.4 ounces on a few others. The balance also is different depending where you look. If it is only 10.4 ounces, then that is not what I'm looking for. I want to get at least an ounce heavier than what I'm using now.

I have used it. Feels just like my lm rad mid +'s but with a touch more pop and maybe a tiny bit less control. I demo'd like every racquet they had in Etennis. They don't really carry older model racquets. I saw a couple microgels there for sale but not for demo.

I have dialed in my setup i think..I am probably going to use Sonic Pro strings and I got 2 Radicals so far. So I am ready to hit and get this going at OTC. I have played the same guys so much that I know about everything that is coming from them. I need some more heavy hitters to bang with. I guess it will boil down to scheduling..I have been slammed the past few weeks.

One of the guys I play with uses Sonic Pro. As The Gator will be able to attest to (especially after next week), there are some top notch club level players down at OTC.

Yeah. I got one guy up here who is, but he doesnt come up enough. He hits hard as hell from both wings, and it's good practice for me because his strike zone is right where my typical ball kicks to. I credit the guy for helping me get the ability to flatten out my forehands when I need to.

Weird part is I was talking to frank and dropping off a racquet when the guy was shooting people right across I4 from me. I drove back to my office and saw cops flying around and did not think anything of it.
Then I was Downtown at lunch and saw the reports..it was freaky because we thought there were multiple shooters and they were not caught. So now im in my office and we can't leave..crazy.

Just keep in mind the traffic reports may be delayed by 15-30 minutes. For the most part, it is usually pretty accurate.

57 pounds on my crank machine. That is the lowest recomended tension for the racket. My spin kills all non-poly or kevlar strings. Bought some 15 gauge Gamma synthetic gut today.

He must have improved since I last played him or maybe I'm just a bad matchup for him. It seems like you guys go back and forth. I hate super tiebreakers!
He is a hell of a matchup for me. His serve to the add side kicks up over my head, and he pulls it out wide. I rarely get a good swing at it - most of the time just getting it back in play. It was very windy and both of us had problems with serves. The first set was very tight 4-4, and I held serve, up 5-4 and broke him for the set. He got up 4-0 in the second and i came back to 4-4. I was serving add in and did not get it done. Hom winning 7-5. He got up early 6-3 in the tiebreaker. I got to 6-7 but he won.

I remember him having a high kicking serve to my forehand. I don't remember him having that serve to the backhand the last time I played him. He is playing all the time now, so he must be improving.
The Champ has had nothing but compliments about your game since your 3 set loss to him. I went down in straights to him yesterday 3 and 4. I only broke him once in the first set and he broke me twice. Had some chances for a 2nd break at 0-40 on his serve late in the first set, but he hit 3 lines to get it back to deuce and win the game. The 2nd set was just one break, played a very poor service game.
The next one is a designated down in Naples on the 12/5 - but I dont think I will make it. I want to, but that is the night of the SEC Championship game and we usually have many people over for the game. I'm not sure my wife is going to let me go - since I might jinx the Gators. We are still talking about it. Next tourney will probably be the Citrus Open at the OTC.

I have to correct you, it is the Citrus Classic.
For those interested, it is a non-USTA event so no points will be collected for wins. The Club division prize is a free 1 year membership for members and a 6 month membership for non-members.

You can play the Open division if you want to chase some cash! Sometimes, the Club guys play both divisions and get killed in the Open.

YEah..I think I predicted we would lose by 10 or 15..we just suck so hard this year. If we beat UF, they shold have a day off for mourning.

I don't think the members really know Frank that well. They are all for Angie from E Tennis. I personally do not care who runs it because I like them both. The main thing is that we have a different style of player here when it comes to schedule. These guys want to play until around 10. They also want to play in the evenings on the weekends like it has been. So if those things continue to happpen, I don't think there will be any issues.
I am the guy that has been telling a lot of members about Frank and saying that I like him a lot and he is a good guy. I also like that he strings racquets really cheap and he gets me my sticks the same day. For me, having Frank a quarter mile from where I live would be pretty great.
But I'm really trying to stay neutral because at the end of the day we just need to get this thing settled.
