also, tennisguyak, is that lead in the throat, and on top of the grip on one racket? what are the benefits of lead on the throat, does it just bring down the balance point incrimentally?

good point, i imagine that if it was his stick and the name was printed there, the whole thing would be centered, not just the last name

there would also be lead at 3 and 9. Just like whats on my racquets and I do mean just like it because I had the same company do my racquets that does his. If you look on youtube theres a video of nate ferguson talking about a lot of his clients frames in IW, Ca a couple years back and he point out how fernandos handle is a custom mold with a flare on the buttcap.

nope.. that is not gonzo's stick.. its juz my stick. trying out locations to label names on the new PJ on the GTs Labeling on throat seems inappropriate as they kinda jammed up the place with "GT TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERED IN FRANCE" any suggestions?

dude, NICE! are those the speed pro's i see? i demoed those a couple months ago, i loved 'em, but didn't want to shell out the money for 'em, and my parents wouldn't pay either...

Yeah those are speed pros. I was lucky enough to find them for a great price, $210 shipped for both in the for sale classifieds here on TT.

Yeah, I felt like the radicals weren't quite as stable as I wanted them, so I put lead on the handle and inside the throat. I'm not sure if you could say it made the racket more head light, but it did make it more tail heavy, and it made them a little more solid at impact. But I ended up really liking the SP's because of how solid they feel, plus the wider head with an open string pattern helps me get more spin than I did w/ the radicals.

do they label it with any information? and I am really curious how much you shelled out for those babies :)

A man's finances are nobody's business but his own.

Just like Michael Scott says: "I don't talk to my girlfriend about money. It is rude and unsexual."

He is probably chapped because he got beat on the price.

i honestly didn't think that asking was a big deal. i Envy him for having such great sticks, and being able to get them fully customized. Essentially, I was thinking he would like a chance to brag, as i would fully enjoy hearing him brag... but not to be.

he said that he was sponsored and in an earlier page, i believe he mentioned that it was 100 per racket, and 60 per customization, multiply that by 8 to get your answer (if the prices are right) if not feel free to correct me star5 15

what does that say? is it some kind of a pure sontrol?

It is a Dunlop Tactical Series Control. My first racquet, bought in 1996 or 97. It's light, 16x18 and even balanced. Can't tell what the exact specs are, as it seems to be out of the internet..
if you click on the image you can see it closer. There is also a thread on the classic racquets on this one, "looking for specs".

New additions, 2 Head Pro Tour 630 with i.radical PJ

I just acquired these 2 PT57A's with i.radical PJ, quite rare i think. They've got some silicone in the handle, one had lead tape under the CAP and i've taken that out, going to try and get them the same spec as my i.prestige MP's. Enjoy
