Basketball: Mookie Blaylock, NBA guard (also used by Pearl Jam as a name)
Football: Cosmo Iacavazzi, Princeton NCAA HOF RB (pronounced: yah-ko-vazzi)
Tennis: Slobodan "Bobo" Zivojinovic
Baseball: Dusty Rhodes

Isn't there a baseball player called Pujols, that sounds very much like "poo holes"? That's pretty distinctive.
