is it true that they do not come with a 6 month guarantee???

Doubt it. But if that is the case, I can't see many people willing to spend the money on a shoe that has no warranty. Not to mention Nike will no longer have a warrantied shoe to compete w/ adidas.

I like these ones better than the courtballistic Nadal has had all this year.

This new CB 3s are a less obvious copycats than the Agassi-knockoff CB 2s

No shame in a knock of it is an awesome show, and if they made it. Nike has been "knocking off" the air jordans with newer air jordans for decades.

Yea but at least Nike didn't literaly put the "air jordan" logo on the shoes worn by Kobe or LeBron or any of the other former and current big-name players

Whereas Nadal has been sticking his feet inside huge "AA"s (= Andre Agassi) for the entire 2010 season :)

Still nicer looking shoes, not so plasticky looking and nice and soft. I can tell the 3.3 is stiff just by the picture. And they are on stilts with the thick soles. I obviously just don't like the shoe and will try and get some more 2.3s.

For me, stiff feel is not good. Obviously you want support, but I love the feel of the 2.3 which I find fairly soft (not referring to the sole here) without losing lateral stability.
