So my shareholding and bondholding that was worth a substantial amount (more than your Father in law is owed) counts for nothing then?

Don't you dare tell me what I did or didn't think about Mr Moonbeams and the Google eyed gimp. There were plenty of Rangers fans on minty's case for a long time - and I never bought Whyte's lies from day -1, I didn't want him to get the club in the first place; Stevie Wonder could see he was a wrong 'un. Plenty of others felt the same.

You've posted a load of stuff that I've already shown to be arsegravy. The hatred is feckin dripping out of you - on yer bike mate - I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed man.

I'm actually a poster on Murraysword so I don't actually know what you're on about.

lol, we were talking about how nightmarish his draw was before the tournament. Yeah, Nadal lost, but Murray didn't have any gimmes starting from round one.

Davydenko, former top 5 (might have been 2 or 3, but I can't remember); Karlovic (on grass), Baghdatis (talented striker that can catch fire at any time, Wimbledon semi-finalist, slam finalist); Cilic (former slam semi-finalist, big, flat hitter); David Ferrer (no Nadal, but #5 in the world, big heart, etc, etc); Tsonga (Wimbledon semis last year, RG QF this year in which he almost beat Djokovic); Finals against the top 1 or 2 grass courter in the history of the sport.

Um, yeah, that's peanuts...

Really? Your fact-lite schtick is straight out of the Big Book of Rangers Lies. Oh well - my mistake.

I tell you what - in future you don't post a load of pysh in response to a conversation I'm having with someone else and I'll give you a big cyber kiss and we can forget all about it.

Good points, well made. Also worth highlighting that Jo is a slam finalist and 5 out the 6 guys he faced were slam semi-finalists.

Interesting! I didn't think about that.

Cilic was also the winner at Queens a week or so before, they're usually tough to beat over 5 at Wimbledon.

I personally thought the draw was tough, if he had of lost before the second week it wouldn't of been a huge shock.

Not of all time. Probably the easiest since I started watching tennis, which was back around 2005.

You believe what was widely regarded as one of the toughest draws ever to be the easiest?!
If I were to write any old sh*te, which is what tank_job does routinely and is proud of it and doesn't even take himself seriously, as long as it's anti Murray, you would believe it?

I don't think it was easy but it was a damn good chance. I mean, what were the odds of him making it to the final when Nadal was still in the tournament?

I'll say. Davydenko, Karlovic, Baghdatis, Cilic, Ferrer and Tsonga? Come on, a college player could take every one of those on and beat 'em all hands down in straights.

Just the equivalent of 6 byes really!

Probably about the same odds as Federer making it to the final with Djokovic in the tournament.

I think nothing can beat Agassi 2003 AO run.

2010 US Open Nadal win was just as bad till he got a good opponent in the final, while Federer run to the semis in 2012 WB was a joke on paper. Federer was lucky his back was bad against historically weak players.

Playing 5 slam semi-finalists in 6 matches is an easy draw? Really? What would you consider a tough draw - Borg, Laver, Agassi, McEnroe, Sampras and Lendl?

Given that I'm dead certain OP is a former banned troll this is probably a waste of time but regardless, I couldn't disagree more, IMO it was one of the toughest roads to Wimbledon final I've seen in the last decade or so (every round Murray had a challenging opponent), if Nadal wasn't knocked out it would have been the toughest without a doubt, it's a joke that some people even consider it to be among the easiest draws.

That said Murray can be a strange fellow at times, I'm convinced that you could have given him a much easier draw and he still could have very well lost the same number of sets/games en route to the final. It's just that against easier opponents Murray has this tendency to randomly wander off mentally during the match or to have an incredibly slow start, this draw atleast forced him to be completely focused in every match.

Hmm the semis and quarters are usually the toughest and They were average, but his first four rounds dont get Much harder
