haha Jace t'es partout

Ah! Vous parlez français?

Je ne parle pas beaucoup de français, donc pardonnez mon grammaire. Je ne sais pas ce que vous entendez par jace, cependant.

Oui, il est vraiment partout dans le court :).

That is Awsome new Wilson racket. When can i buy it ? and what model is that ? looks like the new Blade series. Must be good racket if Monfils was convinced to use it cause he was in love with that prince

I think that's the new Blade line, and it's coming out in 2013. Not sure what time of the year though:)

News is Gael is serving so much better with that racket. seem like he has much more RPM on the serve and movement is incredible while maintaining same speed. 135+ MPH

Well Prince did go out of busines

Prince hasn't gone out of business, merely Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which effective allows the company to re-finance & sold on.

I was told that once the new umbrella company took over Prince they re-signed most of their players, except but not limited to Monfils.

Make that what you want.

Paul

Its the new 2013 Blade 98 - has amplifeel in the handle like the prostaffs....release date is January 2013.......Wilson passed some around to the stringers at the US Open as gifts....very nice looking

Did they show off the blade 93 as well? That's what I'm more interested in... glad to see Wilson has another heavyweight in their line up on the men's side.

The new amplifeel 360 or the old version?

The headshape of the racquet Gael is holding in that picture sure does look an awful lot like a HEAD shaped racquet.

I was actually surprised to see two of Monfils' serves that hit 225kph on the gun (140 MPH). Never knew he could serve that big. That's Roddick/Raonic/Isner/Karlovic territory!!!

I did a racquet testing for Wilson in the spring. Since they are all blacked out, I had to ask what it was, since I liked it. I was told that it was the new Blade. The frame I tested was also 16x19. The head looked more square, not oval like the current Blades. Also the beam had more boxy edge to them, not rounded. Looked to be 21~22mm beam width, definitely wider than current blades. Felt like a lighter frame but had decent swingweight. Surprisingly powerful with flexy feel. It did have annoying vibrations, which they said would be fixed for the production models.

If this is true, i may give a Wilson racquet another shot ;)

I still have the older Rebel (95 sq. in, not the Team version). I still like it. Certainly if the ball doesn't go where or how I want it to go (like last night for instance), it's not the fault of the racquet.

I don't know why Prince doesn't renewal contracts with players instead of losing every player on tour, ok I know about financial problems but now they are pretty ok. Hm...

If they can get the 93" Blade flexier and thinner, I'd be very interested.

16X19, YES.

Thinner to 19mm like a Prestige Mid, YES.

But may not be a good thing to flex it lower than 65 RA unstrung.

-- See what happened to Prince EXO3 Graphite 93, turned a steel cast that users loves (at least all the POG fans), into a bamboo stick that they hate.

Besides catering the "old-timers", Wilson and Head need to be aware of the market of the younger competition-level folks that need something bigger than a 90, yet smaller than a stiffer 95 frame but as powerful.
