Have been playing with Wilson's for years. I think that Wilson has very large manufacturing tolerances on the specifications of their racquets, sometimes the differences in weight and balance are huge ... lower tolerance means higher cost = less profit
During a doubles game my partner hit my AeroPro Drive while we both wanted to hit the same ball (overhead smash) and his frame (dunlop 200) broke in half during the impact (hoop crack) ... I was lucky that he didn't hit my head or arm but my babolat survived ... built like a tank !
Yonex is definitely up there. What have you guys heard of prokennex QC? Thinking of picking up some black ace mids...
Donnay has been incredibly consistent in my experience. The new Donnay though as I cannot speak of them in the past.
The X-series were about as good as it gets.
