Experience with QC of racket manufacturers??

I wouldn't say 'hands down', but I would put them up there w/ Pacific & Yonex.
I've used the 'No Tolerance' Fischer/Pacifics for many years now, and can say they are 100% on the money, as far as static weight & balance. My experience w/ Yonex is a few years old, but from what I've read here, they haven't changed much in that they are still top quality frames.

Funny I thought the same. Dunlop has the best qc in my experience just not crazy about the way they play. Conversely I've found Wilson to be the worst but I prefer them :/. Half of my Wilson racquets have the center dot in the head of the stick off by a hole. Very insignificant, still annoys me though I'm pretty OCD.

Have been playing with Wilson's for years. I think that Wilson has very large manufacturing tolerances on the specifications of their racquets, sometimes the differences in weight and balance are huge ... lower tolerance means higher cost = less profit
During a doubles game my partner hit my AeroPro Drive while we both wanted to hit the same ball (overhead smash) and his frame (dunlop 200) broke in half during the impact (hoop crack) ... I was lucky that he didn't hit my head or arm but my babolat survived ... built like a tank !

I voted for Volkl, which I include Becker racquets. Great QC for sure. I currently use Dunlop and for the most part agree with those saying its quality is top notch. However, I have two sticks (same model) but one's handle is filled with some resin and the other isn't. I added 2 dimes inside the trap door of the one without, and now both are same weight and balance.

I played with babolat once and had 2 pure drives, each felt different too until the older one cracked and I got a new one under warranty. First time I've had a racket crack after it fell out of my hand on a serve (which doesn't happen a lot) I really like Head's QC, I have 2 IG Speeds that feel the same and have the same weight distribution too

Was thinking the same about Kennex. Not too much talk about them on this forum. Interested in either the Ace 93 or the Qtour.. Looks nice but am told the paint job on the latter easily peels off.

Donnay has been incredibly consistent in my experience. The new Donnay though as I cannot speak of them in the past.

That's not what people have said here, finding lead tape in racquets to match the desired specs.
