queens is NOT easily doable... do I get to call you names since you are calling me left and right..
you proposed Sunday, you asked me 'where', you implied that you are willing to travel to NJ....
so now you are hiding in queens.
oh well.
If I start giving idiotic coaching advice yes you can tell me the truth and call me a fool. Because you are a fool.
I am willing to travel to nj. But I don't want to because your an idiot. And if your the one issuing a challenge I want to make it not all easy for you to play. Make you give some sort of effort. Because you are basically insulting me by calling me a coward. So drive a few miles and lets play.
Once again. I forgot sunday was a holiday weekend. I asked you "where" before I thought about making it easier for you. I don't want to make it easy for you because I don't even want to play you. So again.
You issued the challenge. I accept. You know where. Are we going to play? Girly man? Or are you going to keep sayimg you can't make the few miles to queens? Your mom has to have the car that day?
there you have it folks.... need I say more.
So are you going to man up? Dozu in hiding? Your the guy hiding behind an alias behind a banned alias calling other people coward. And you won't drive a few miles to honor a challenge you gave.
Loser.
again - you have reading comprehension issues.
the frog man brought it up. and I am simply pointing out to him that you will never play... there is no windmill here.
don't muddy the water by editing your posts.... frog man is still sleeping, let him see what happened.
So your going to play or not?
lol. This is one funny thread. Dozu owns Arche.
is this a challenge?
I wanna see this. You both better be running around all your forehands to hit backhands.
yeah right-
someone sold you 8k worth bill of goods labeled as the fed backhand.... it still feels awful doesn't it, no wonder you hit as many fh as possible.
and that jonny sv guy show up with a picture of fed in his back turn, and you guys became soul mates - yup, your 4 is my 8 and that's where the pressure is LMAO !!
For coach dozu. What is your experience and why should someone hire you?
I am not for hire..
experience? been around the community park long enough to know a thing or 2
and Cheetah is asking if you are a good tennis player.
I see he is having doubts now.
so arche, post video if you wonna fix it.... no excuses
queens;
asians;
what have you.
So, it's okay to have your thumb stick out on the side when hitting a backhand? A former coach once told me that's "beginner grip" (even though I've been playing for nearly 6 years)?
Can you both post some pics of your backhand grips?
frog man - arche3 is the one who keeps coming up with excuses - queens, asians etc....
it's time for him to put up or shut up.
I suspect one problem with extending the thumb along the handle is that you will tend to rely on "pushing" the racket open with your thumb rather than allowing the racket to open naturally from momentum.
so I looked up this 'dozu' videos... lmao.. the guy is a complete hack! no serve, no fh, no bh, terrible volleys and he's also really slow.
arche3 you are afraid of him?
by the way you are still not reading.... i never said high school..and seems you don't know who John Daly is.
1) use the inside of the thumb to push on b6
2) swing 'backwards' to give yourself room.
not sure about what beveldevil is saying..
but... oscar wegner's teaching makes complete sense.. he is advocating -
1) use the inside of the thumb to push on b6
2) swing 'backwards' to give yourself room.
so basically the inside of the thumb receive the pressure and the shot feels like you use the thumb to roll the ball up a steep wall.... or if the contact is high, roll it across from left to right..
so arche3 paid 8k to be taught to push on b7/8.... to me that makes no sense.. how many balls do you have to hit to get good timing on that? what if the ball takes a funny bounce, now you are dead in the water.... I know about the b7/8 method... I have seen good players using that method, and I have seen it broken down in various ways.
i don't push at all on my bh. I pull my bh and use the shoulder and momentum. Heath probably has the best technical tutorial on the 1hbh and he says pull it's a pull and he can actually execute what he teaches.
cheetah and arche3 -
I propose that all 3 of us post our bhs here. no excuses such as queens/asians/afraid/need money to buy camera/weather not good/cant find hitting partner.
hitting against wall is fine... but no editing... has to be minimum 3 minutes..
put it up by EoD Saturday 3/30.
do we have agreement?
oh well - frog man - sorry to disappoint you, but you see whats happening here.
Huh? He's a coach??
Didn't you say you would post a vid of your bh 40?
