The Spring Season league in the Fort Lauderdale affiliate of the Tennis League Network is starting on Tuesday, April 2 and will run till May 26.
I'm very excited to be returning to the courts after a 2 month plus forced absence due to a Crohn's disease flare.
I'm posting this in the hope that any Fort Lauderdale based Talk Tennis members who aren't aware of Tennis Fort Lauderdale might check it out. It's a flex program with partner/ladder and seasonal leagues that I joined in March 2012. The url for it is in my sig.
So far my experience in this program has been very positive. Have met lots of nice people, and I think my tennis is improving as a result of playing and practicing more due to the structure of league play and the feedback provided by the associated website. New players are continually joining both the partner and seasonal league programs.
My first match of the Spring Season league is next Thursday. Will post some video snippets.
Hope that Fort Lauderdale (and adjacent communities) players might see this thread and post something.
