Question for Siobhan or Brittany

Legend
i know. thats why i was excited:)

The reason why is because they were production a few years before the Legend and everyone either has kept them, sell them at a high price, or damaged (cosmetically).

It's even more difficult to find one in 9.0+ condition!!

I see. I don't know why they made a Mid-Size. That was not a good frame.

I may not want one for a while.. as you see on my signature.. But thanks for the offer!

If I do decide to purchase another 1 or two frames, I'll contact you.

I would also agree that Pure drive 2012 has little better solid feel on impact that Aero 2013.

Aero 2013 has really changed to lower the swingweight and make it easier to swing. and I think it is a great improvement over the past versions of Aeropro's. but I really do prefer the Pure drive 2012 for the volleying, just better feel for the ball. It is slightly better for serving as well..... slightly

If BB11 is sooo good then how about this one Boris Becker Delta Core NYC ? Is this a good one as well ?

Read their review.

To me? It's not a great investment as a racquet. You would have to heavily modify it if you want it heavy. However, no one wants to buy an NYC. You never see one on the FS:T Thread. If this keeps happening, they may have to give them away. :(

the nyc is a good frame. its a little stiff but its an all around easy to play with frame. i know at least 6people that play with it.

Looks like good doubles frame to me. probably need little bit of lead at 3, 9 and 6 oclock positions. and who are these 6 people ? what level are they ?

I didn't say it was a bad frame, it's just that it's not a good investment to me (this is my testimony). Plus, they aren't on a fire sale!

Also, I never pay more than $100 for a frame. I recently bought 4 prototype Legend racquets for $60. Although it's L0, I can buy some pallets and switch them to L3. They are $15 each.

Spending $120 for four frames sounds good to me.

you are quite the bargain hunter overdrive.

Thanks.

I already have two more so that makes six. :)

I need to buy more lead so I can have enough to place it on the four prototype frames. :-|

Now, all I need is a stringing machine and 3 pairs of very durable shoes.

I'm figuring out whether to buy the Yonex Power Cushion Black or the Adidas Barricade 7s.

P.S. We completely derailed the thread. :p

Barricade 7's are quite durable. I'm not a crazy shoe destroyer, but so far I've gotten about 3 months of average winter hitting (3-5 hours a week) hitting out of mine with average wear. Normally a more "comfort" shoe would be shredded by now.

Hmm...

Because Yonex doesn't have a durability warranty, I'm going to have to get those then. :-|
