Replay the point because the ball is completely broken

yes it’s one of the very rare reasons that a point that has been played out completely can be replayed. In other words they could have hit a few shots during the point with a broken ball and still the point would be replayed. however, if the ball is just soft, but not completely broken, the...

2021 US Open - WTA Official Thread

French Open Draw: Thiem and Rafa will not be on the same half.

they actually can change the seedings. All grand slams can if they choose... per the grand slam Rulebook, the selection of seeds will beat the discretion of each individual grand slam tournament committee; however, the computer ranking list shall be a primary, but not sole basis for such selection.

    Medvedev's rant

two parts, and I apologize for not reading the whole thread, but I have a feeling that you are talking about one of two things. 1. He couldn’t challenge because he played the shot. If it had been a winner by him or if he caught it or let it go then challenged it would be fine. But by Playing...

There is no rule saying a player who hits somebody MUST be disqualified

read the context of the post again... I was responding to someone who said he should have gotten a game penalty, and I said that I’d they didn’t default him they could only give a point penalty because he had a warning earlier...
