    College tennis in the spring?

Ole Miss announced no fans for indoor matches. The men currently have non-conference matches scheduled with Texas A&M (next week), Tulsa, Oklahoma State and TCU in addition to the ITA Kick-Off matches. The women only have non-conference matches against Memphis and North Alabama in addition to...

Ole Miss announced no fans until outdoor matches and then only 25 percent per the executive order of the Governor of MS.

    SEC Tennis

Georgia looks really strong this year. Going to be tough for the Rebels on Friday for sure.

    SEC Tennis

I think they could beat Mississippi State this year if they stay healthy. But the others you mentioned will be difficult to win for sure.

How many Power 5 teams have less than 6 indoor courts?

Georgia. The only downside is their indoor courts are not nice.

    SEC Tennis

Ole Miss just won the Blue Gray Championship with back-to-back 4-3 wins, first against Princeton and then Alabama, in the championship match. I think they will definitely finish higher than predicted in the SEC.

How many Power 5 teams have less than 6 indoor courts?

Kentucky only has four indoor courts. Mississippi State is building a six-court facility, which will be ready later this year. A&M doesn't have anything and I believe South Carolina doesn't have any indoor courts right now either. Florida only has three.

    SEC Tennis

Another fantastic match by the Rebels, but they came up short in the third set tiebreaker last match on. Big match coming up Friday at home against Oklahoma State. Somehow I don't see them finishing 11th in the SEC, but who knows what will happen between now and then. They will have to stay...

Who are the D1 college coaches who have been at the same college 20+ years (can include years as asst coach)?

Mark Beyers has been at Ole Miss since fall of 1995. He started as an assistant on the men's side and has been the head women's coach since fall of 2001.

college life in Oxford & Starkville for athletes

Oxford will definitely be more liberal. It's a very diverse town. I've lived here 20-plus years and spent a lot of time going to the matches. The players are all from various countries outside the U.S. and some from in the States too. They all seem to enjoy it quite a bit and many have come back...

Where did you go Devin Britton

He’s a great coach and well-liked by the players.

Not sure I would expect the Swedish kid to be great right away.

    SEC Tennis

I am surprised too. Wonder if it was her choice. If not, then how can they keep Bobby Reynolds, because he hasn't done anything. She at least had a winning record and NCAA appearances up until this year I believe.

    Alabama men's tennis

I agree it seems they are up and down, much like Ole Miss too. Great ending last year to a bad year overall and then first round exit.

    NCAA Men's Tournament 2019

Highly unlikely this year though. Seems I read somewhere maybe on here, can't remember, that Finn Reynolds is not in the lineup. Will be very difficult just to beat OSU.

    NCAA Men's Tournament 2019

Ole Miss has been to California four straight years now. First to Cal-Berkeley, then UCLA, Stanford and now UCLA again.

    South Carolina Women

I've seen enough South Carolina matches to know that they are a little over the top for sure. But, they aren't the only ones. I was at the LSU/Ole Miss women's match this year, and LSU was just as bad.

Bryan Shelton is a great coach. Figured it was a matter of time when he got his players they would be one of the better teams.

    SEC Tennis

Sandkaulen clinched the win at LSU after dropping a close third set. Rebels lost the doubles point and three first sets. Probably a loss on Sunday, so this was big win to get.

    SEC Tennis

Rebels dropped the doubles point and four first sets, but huge wins from the seniors on Senior Day. Kraljevic lost his first two games, won six straight to take the opening set and then won the second set to get the Rebels on the board. Sandkaulen looked good at one, winning in straight sets...

Georgia had State on the verge of defeat until Henning hurt his foot. He was up 5-3, 30-0 in third set of deciding match. Tried to play on, but obviously it effected his play. Feel bad for the kid.

    SEC Tennis

Ole Miss looked great in doubles against Tennessee, but singles was a different story. Tennessee won several close first sets and carried the momentum to a 4-2 win.

I can’t wait for Sunday. Tennessee almost beat State, so it should be a good one.

I think one or two is fine, Arkansas played six (I believe) in one day. That’s absurd.
