Agreed - especially the US open color - not really an effort - I was really waiting for the clay version for the har-thru crowd - definitely demand there. Really a shame. The vapors 11 feel too high off the ground for me. Is the GP Challenge 1 worth a try if I like the 9.5s?

Anybody heard anything about 9.5s? They are conspicuously absent from the current line up and I was hoping for a clay version to stock up.

Thanks everybody for all the comments. The elbow problem is not the main issue. I pointed it out so I would not get people suggesting the aero. I can manage the elbow if racket is below 64 stiffness and I use NRG strings. Back to the demos, I tried the Speed MP last week and I liked it...

Agree - that was my feeling with both the clash v2 and the clash pro v2 - I am trying the clash 98 v2 next week.

Definitely not picking based on one shot - started the thread since my initial demoed were pretty bad for one shot that I effectively use quite a bit. Everything is a trade-off when it comes to racquets. That’s why even if 18x20 heavy racquets may be best for slice I am not touching those...

Would the vcore pro 100 be a good compromise or just a different animal?

Hi - in the process of demoing racquets. I have elbow issues and a one handed backhand. Looking for a racquet that will complement my backhand aggressive slice and provide good top spin potential. Currently playing with prince tour pro 16x18 (old David Ferer racquet) Thanks for the help

Any thoughts on the clash 98 v2? Given a one handed backhand and the 98 has a bit extra weight, it may bridge the gap.

No - using NRG 16 at 52/48

I string with NRG 16 - 52 mains /48 on crosses. The strings that came with demo were pretty awful so I assume that once I string with my NRG, feeling will improve and spin will improve. The downside on the Clash was that the slice did not work as well for me.

Which one did you go with? I am torn between clash and ezone after demoing
