Doubles scores are surprisingly close. #1 doubles, ohio state up 1 break and other courts are on serve. These Huskies fans are very loud... sounds like Gonzo fans..LOL

I am really surprised to find so many bad calls being made. On #1 doubles court, Umpire had to make 3 over-rules already.

So I'm watching, and I've counted 5 times UW has gotten pegged by OSU. Great stuff.

its an excellent match at 1. but why is o'connell not playing dubs for osu? he's one of their ranked players. guess they didn't need him.

Still a good match going on #5 singles. Drabbel vs Uzawa of ohio state. Uzawa is from Japan from what i am reading. wonder if he knows Kei.

No upsets. 6-1 win. Fairly routine for OSU. Until we meet again.

They have the #1, #3 and #6 players in the nation, as well as 2 players ranked in the 70s. I don't think another team has 2 players in the top 20, yet alone 3 in the top 10.

Drabble is a solid player at #5 no doubt. I played him, his volleys are nails. Good win over a nationally ranked player at 5!!!

Ahh, yes. How can we forget the Aggies? They're top 3 look strong this year. But the bottom 3 are definitely below par for a team who wants to contend for big matches.

Hence the reason they are only ranked 18th in the country. Although I think that rankings this early don't necessarily say much...there is the obviously a lot of time and matches that could change things quite a bit, especially in the individual rankings, but we will see. I'm anxious to see if Ohio State can go all the way and live up their their number 1 ranking.
