At 12 noon I'm having a 12 course meal on the 12th floor with 12 of my friends.

We'll probably combine it with an orgy.

Here in Brit land, we had 12:12:12 on 12/12/12 several hours ago. The verdict? Meh.

    Well.........

I think you meant 12/21/12 the Winter Solstice that the Mayan calendar says the world will change, no?

Significant in the fact that it reminds us of our mortality.

Barring incredible advances in medicine or any 10 year olds on the forum, it's the last repetitive date any of us will see.

Exactly. I see headlines about 12/12/12 being a once-in-a-lifetime event. I guess that's true for someone who wasn't alive for 11/11/11, 10/10/10, 09/09/09, and so on. For the rest of us, it's not that spectacular.

    real date was:

12/12/1212...................................... they attempted to make a big deal outta it on facebook, but back then facebook was this dude with a flat face who people used to bully and scribble on using pieces of charcoal.

It didnt stick, and no one even remembers what happened on that date. Too bad!
