Is there any sense in using 2 dampeners on the same racket? My friend likes it, but I can't feel any difference. Any thoughts?

I personally don't do it. I stuck two Cosmic Damps on my racket...I felt sort of a difference, but nothing significant. I'm pretty sure it was all in my head. No sense wasting $5 on dampeners for 1 racket that I'm probably going to lose anyway, right?

    Pffft, like I'd know
How about you learn some grammar?

Honestly, I don't really feel a difference between one and two dampers, although I'm sure it could make some difference.

I have used the Prince More Control DB racquets before. As with any of Prince's DB frames, it has a "built-in" dampener in the bridge. I would have to say that it works somewhat, but I still use an additional dampener on the thing.

As far as two dampeners being legal... Not really sure about that one. Technically, my MCDB's had two on them, though one was built into the frame itself, and couldn't be removed (without lots of effort). I have seen an official tell somebody to remove one of their two dampeners, but one was in an illegal spot anyhow.

I would also be afraid that using two would make the racquet feel dead.
