I have the 2008, but they really are the same racket. People who have tried both, including me, can't tell the difference in how they play. How about you?

I played them both, briefly, and even with the same string and at the same tension I found the 2008 to be a bit more comfortable.
The 2006 felt a bit crisper but not as comfortable. End of the day, my shoulder had a problem with the 2006 but not the 2008. Same weight, same balance, same swingweight, same string and tension.

The 2008 is definitely more arm friendly and a little more muted less crisp. PJ on the 2008 looks way nicer imo than on the older version.

I can kinda tell the difference
but it's not such a big difference that it messes up my game
I like the 2008 because it is crisper and it is arm friendly

Weird. . . because as I understand it Yonex took out the soft grommets at the bottom of the hoop on the 2008. I personally couldn't tell the difference. I just like the PJ on the 2008 better.
