I wonder about BMI being a good measure? Friday night an arena football game was on, they mentioned a 5'8" receiver whose weight is 185 lbs. I don't think he's overweight. He probably has alot of muscle. My recommended body fat is 15%, not too long ago I got down to 14.5% body fat, at that time my weight was 175, not 135 like it was in high school. Although I'd like to see some results on the scale, my goal is mostly to control what I can. So my top goal is to keep working out 5 days a week.
