    Congrats on the great improvement!
    Hope I can do as well.

    I figured it was to be funny, but know some track weights in different ways and I hear of 500 rep wk outs or
    10,000 lb wk outs
    so was curious.

    I still bench 1100 for 15 reps. R2, it's time to step it up.

    Happy 2013 to all of you, guys!!!!
    I hope most of you are on track with their agenda, if not do not lose sight of your goal!!!!

    As for me, had a very challenging time, and I lost too much weight, going down to 97.....I am now recoering, but do not want to go over 105.

    I like pretzels and bread a lot, and look for a low-cal recipe I can bake home. :)
