He'd rather hit a forehand to the open court.

That forehand against Nadal equals pwnage, Nadal can get back as many as he likes.

This could be the day DelPo finally wins his first Masters. Would be great to see him do it.

Rafa's movement to his forehand side looks terrible.

Del Potro is throwing some hard punches. The backhand is rock solid.

Maybe he'll change his mind about Miami if he loses. He was pretty sure he was winning this to withdraw before it even started. Now he will be hard pressed to make #4 before RG.

Delpo tracks Nadal's shots down a lot better than Berdych.

Nadal needs to vary his game more. Attack the net, maybe some drop shots. He's obviously not gonna win this from the baseline.

There's 1 thing I don't like about Del Potro - he's just taking way too long to challenge.

    Nadal holds 3-2

Nadal is also playing with low confidence. He is not hitting his forehand well. He either goes for too little or too much.

Great court coverage from Delpo but Nadal should have punished that dropper.

Djokovic would have clapped for Delpo on making that. But surely not Nadal. Just a sneer
