That's a nice win for IU. They needed something after that egg the Bball team layed last night against Syracuse.

That egg had been hatching for a while, they got lucky a lot of times this year.

topsy turvy world of SEC, Auburn upsets Vandy, maybe SEC only has 1-2 standout teams, and a bunch of Rd2 or Sweet 16 teams. Hard to tell with no consistent results except UGA

Nothing like SEC tennis, any given team can win on any given day except for Arkansas

FINAL SCORE: PEP 6, San Francisco 1 - Apparently this was the 1st time Pepperdine had ever played at USF. All the previous matches had been at Pepperdine. Pepperdine didn't exactly dominate - dropped the doubles point and every singles courts was fairly with close with the exception of 4.

    DOUBLES:
    1. Bernardo Saraiva / Nils Skajaa (USF) def. Francis Alcantara / Sebastian Fanselow (PEP) 9-7
    2. Alex Sarkissian / Finn Tearney (PEP) def. Jonathon Knowlman / Richard Bucalem (USF) 8-3
    3. Thai Tu / Germain Bahri (USF) def. David Sofaer / Kento Tanaka-Tamaki (PEP) 8-4
    Order of finish: 3, 2, 1

    SINGLES:
    1. #10 Sebastian Fanselow (PEP) def. Thai Tu (USF) 6-1, 7-6(5)
    2. #77 Finn Tearney (PEP) def. Bernardo Saraiva (USF) 6-7(4), 7-6(5), (10-6)
    3. #94 Alex Sarkissian (PEP) def. William Schumacher (USF) 6-0, 7-5
    4. #70 Francis Alcantara (PEP) def. Rich Van Hout (USF) 6-0, 6-0
    5. David Sofaer (PEP) def. Nils Skajaa (USF) 3-6, 6-4, 6-2
    6. Kento Tanaka-Tamaki (PEP) def. Jonathon Knowlman (USF) 3-6, 6-3, 6-0

FSU has very good 2 and 3 doubles.

Cotrone vs Saba? Oh boy sparks are gonna fly in that one. Two of the ACC "bad boys"

So no live stats or live video of Stanford/UCLA match unless you have the Pac12 network. That's pretty dumb to not even have at least live stats.

Indiana hosts Michigan tomorrow and I am saying its a 4-3 score. Usually that's how we lose, tomorrow maybe we win.

John Morrissey booked a 6-3 victory in the first set. UCLA's Marcos Giron owns a 2-1 lead in second.

They somehow beat Vanderbilt and South Carolina. The shocking individual result of the season to me is Gis Ljinders beating Kyle Koch.

John played great today, much better than yesterday against Gomez. I was really impressed how he imposed his game against Marcos today. It's really a shame that rain stopped the play... I hope he continues to play that well Sunday.

Nolan also showing some very good tennis this w-e. Novikov is a very very good player, great touch and plays a level above, but Nolan has been fighting hard and has caused him a lot of problems. For a freshman, he is doing exceptionally well.

I was considering going down to Athens for the match today. But not going to with the chance of rain. Not going for the indoor facility.

John Morrissey, #1 player in NCAA to be soon.

Way to GO John Morrissey. Defeated #14 ranked player in the Nation at #1 singles, marcos Giron. I think NCAA singles championship could be in the cards in May.

As predicted IU-Mich is 4-3 and to UM. Indiana had a 5-1 3rd set lead in the final match and lost, a haunting experience for the freshman although the seniors went down weakly so they should take more blame. And it was outdoors.

Very solid win for John today against a tough opponent. Marcos played well and tried to force the error on the BH side but John responded very brio. High quality tennis, and one of the most enjoyable college matches I've seen in a while.

That #49 team ranking probably isn't good enough to get an at-large bid. Season could end in April for the Cardinal like I mentioned earlier, although I thought they would at least play ONE match in the NCAAs.

Louisville is not an easy place to win at and Texas Tech went in there and stomped them. Red Raiders picking it up in the later part of the season.

Minnesota over Illinois 4-3. That's 4 consecutive conference wins 4-3 - MSU, Mich, NW, IL. That's great. Would simply like to see MN make the tourney. IL loss suggests that it's really just OSU this year.

Embarrassing performance from Rice today against Oklahoma. They only brought 5 players so they forfeited #3 dubs and #6 singles and the 5 that played got destroyed. They would have been better off not playing the match.

SEC will have approx 200 at large bids - I just hope there's room for teams like Duke and UCLA to make the field when they don't win their conferences, forget about Stanford

    Joking, mostly...

the way the rankings reward SEC teams and don't punish, there could be 12 SEC teams in the top 25. Mississippi State is guaranteed to host no matter how many more times they lose.
