    Thursday:
#8 Connecticut vs.#9 St. John's 9am est - Livestats - St. John's has taken the doubles point already for those on the edge of their seats.

    Friday, April 19
    #1 Notre Dame, Winner M1 (Courtney - North) 9 a.m.
#4 Marquette vs. #5 Georgetown (Courtney - North) Noon
    #2 Louisville vs. #7 DePaul (Courtney - South) 9 a.m.
#3 USF vs. #6 Villanova (Courtney - South) Noon

Would be shocked if anyone other than Notre Dame/Louisville made the final.

You'll learn. He's never predicted against them and always predicts championship results. It's been a running comedy for years. His former alias was FedAce we still refer to him as Feddie. I hope Stanford gets better over the next few years. At this point any wins they might get over teams ranked higher than they are would be good momentum for next year.

True. Provided the seeds hold up, won't get interesting until the Memphis semi on Sat. Which they should still win, it will be slightly more competitive than the Tulsa semi. Sun. Final should be big fun!

ODU is a sleeper as they have a win over #19 Harvard, but surrounded by some weird losses.
Tulane and SMU will also be tough nuts to crack, but it honestly is Tulsa's tournament to lose even on Memphis home turf

Tulsa is the certainly the favorite. Memphis has displayed strong play at times this year. Couple of rough patches. Finished the regular season strong. If they show up the entire weekend Sunday will be a very good match.

    We hitting Sat. early a.m.?

You may have noticed in my post I spelled Standford correctly. He's a great big Cardinals fan.

I thought the verbiage sounded familiar. Has this ever been confirmed? Inquiring minds need to know.

East Carolina takes the doubles point (#1 and #3) over Tulsa. I don't see an upset happening, however.

#3 Juneau is not in the line up I believe for disciplinary reasons (he is a senior and its senior weekend with NW at home on Sunday). I think this stops any reasonable shot.

I just saw that about Juneau. Not good for IU. I thought they had a good chance to pull a 4-3 upset but without him probably looking at a 6-1 or 5-2 win for Illinois

Buckeyes win 6-1 over #45 MSU to clinch a share of the Big 10 title.
Sunday's showdown in Ann Arbor will determine the champion.

Radio tennis has the audio broadcast of USC/UCLA and it's surprisingly good. Guy does a very good job broadcasting and the sound quality is great.

For those Big 10 diehards Purdue is mounting a pretty good comeback against Northwestern. Purdue took the doubles point and NW took all 6 1st sets with 3 of them going to a TB. NW finished 1, 3, and 4 in straights but Purdue had won the 2nd set on the other courts and is leading on 2 and 5 with 6 just starting the 3rd set.

Doubles point for USC. Should be a great match. Not a fan of either team, but pulling for USC this time. Never liked UCLA, for reasons hard to define.

I've actually really come to respect USC the last two years while still cheering on the Hoos. As for UCLA, I can't say I dislike them, but some of their players bug me, i.e. Novikov and Thompson.

Quiroz and Wang won in garbage time and USC so we do get another 4-3 final.

So close to that 5-2 prediction from the other thread. Was counting on Mkrtchian who was 4-0 against Quiroz, but today's match was decided in a super TB. I'm sure he would have came through had they played out the set.
