Wow. Tsonga took advantage of that break. He is on good form, was a closer tonight.

Good to see Nikolay playing at such a high level again. Some of those angle he hit were amazing... mostly on the rise as well.

Benny, by a distance. In my eyes, Jerzy is another one for the Raonic/Tomic/Harrison/Dimitrov/Goffin pile.

(Disclaimer: I actually think Tomic and Dimitrov have still got a chance of making waves, but I needed more names for my pile...)

Davydenko has looked good for most of the year.

As has Tsonga. He seems for focused thus far, which could mean another slam SF or F at some point this year. He's certainly capable.

Didn't Delpo beat Llodra here last year to win the title? So playing in front of home crowd shouldn't be a problem....but he did lose to him in Paris though.

Delpo is really troubled by the Llodra slice, he constantly adjusts his position and looks very uncomfortably, that said he leads 4-1 in the tiebreak.

Come on Juan Martin: let's not lose to Chardy and Llodra in the span of 2 months. You're worth better than that...

Return winner sets up BP. Delpo takes it with a beautiful inside-out passing shot.

Defending champ to serve for the match. :)

    Best non-grand-slam match this year.

Congratulations to Delpo. Kept his nerve. Could have gone either way. Great to see Llodra in such good form.

Anyone with a link to the match stats?

Well done Delpo for hanging in there and get the win, Llodra is one of those tough matchups for him. No big celebration as he knows he got lucky here and there plus he's got more work to do in the coming days. Credit to Llodra for pushing him all the way.

Now if Delpo could have this mental attitude against Djokovic and Murray (he's got over the Fed barrier for now).

Llodra is a unique opponent...the last of a dying breed. When he's on his game, he can be problem for a lot of guys. Had a nice run late in 2012 in Paris as well, giving Ferrer a good match before bowing out in the semis I believe.

Yea he dominated the tiebreaker. If he wins this match I like my chances at my $1,000 parlay hitting. Would need Wawa, Nishikori, Querrey, Haas, Ferrer, Cilic and Dolgo!
