Stay off the forum then if you aren't here to discuss tennis.

You're totally right. I just come here sometimes when im watching games to read some opinions, but there's way too much people and threads/posts, and more than 90% is crap.
For curiosity i went to you profile and read one page of posts, and every single one is talking **** about players.

I'm just felt like expressing my hate for internet forums in general, it's one consequence of the too much time people spend on the internet, bored out of their minds, me included.

Players who I think are not very good I will speak my mind and tell you they aren't very good. I will praise players who are good. Julian Benneteau is not good.

You are an idiot and a disgraceful poster!! Whenever someone loses you say the match is fixed or talk some garbage! The sooner you are banned the better to be honest!

Fact is, you rarely post good things about player you like.

You mostly spit on players who you think are not good, which I strongly correlated to which player you bet on.

I am one of the best posters on this board. There are a few who don't like people who speak their mind about weak players and that's fine. I'm just here to discuss tennis and tell you the reality of each situation. Many matches are indeed fixed by the way.

Looks like Benneteau might be taking out Simon too. Good, Benneteau has an appealing game and some style, Simon is a ball machine set on medium.

Such modesty. Well you don't need to express your hate every time about everyone, that's not discussing tennis.
I don't know about fixed games, but for the sake of my love for tennis i like to think that rarely occurs.

Game, set and match for Julien Benneteau...

    Takeaways from the match:

    - Simon's positioning at the net is pretty bad, especially considering how good he is at the baseline. Perhaps some more doubles play can cure that?
    - Simon i such a consistent player. We can all learn a lot from him. Machine.
    - Julien shows that all court tennis is still effective and appealing. Really good feel at the net. I hope younger players can incorporate this in their game.
    - The French are keeping tennis fun to watch with their diverse playing styles. USA, and to some extent Spain, take note please.

I really want to see Julien get his first title. He'll have to get past an in-form Del Potro. All court player Vs. aggressive baseliner... should be an interesting match-up!

If you have a tennis channel, they're going to show it. U can try ESPN 3 as well. The Brazil Open, tennis channel is showing it as a delayed telecast.

Yes, we can. Del Potro is going to win easily in the final against Benneteau. Your thoughts?

Del Potro will probably win, but I think the score will be close. At least 6-4 6-4. I really hope Benny can pull it off though, the guy has lost 7 finals and never won anything. Imagine if he finally wins a tournament, he would be so happy.

im looking forward to some thermonuclear forehands and serves from del potro..

good to see the form he showed with his groundstrokes like he did at the end of 2012 season.

del potro will also be defending his title in marseille next week..so could be he will hold 2 titles at the same time if he wastes benny on sunday

Couldn't agree more. Benneteau really deserves a title. He's played some fantastic tennis at times and it would be cruel to see him finish his career with a duck egg beside his name. Guile may be able to overcome power in this one I hope.

Epic battle... Del Potro keeps his amazing form and hold serve easily during the first set taking it to a tie break where Benneteau outplays him brilliantly at the net on a key point... 1-0 to Benneteau!

Del Potro breaks early in the 2nd set and Julien can see the title slipping away from him, visibly disturbed, talking to himself, 8 times to miss out on a title, 31 years of age, will he ever get another chance? The more he tries to claw back into the match, the more errors he makes, the further away he is from his goal. Another break point for Juan-Martin, he hits a drop shot that spins to the side away from the court, Bennet makes a frantic run from far behind the baseline to the far-side of the net, he slides, fully-outstretched, legs splayed out underneath him, he screams in agony as he half volleys the ball back, it clips the net cord!

Time stands still as his whole career flashes before his eyes, all of the praise and adulation he received as a 'talented' junior, the cheering fans, his epic battles against the GOAT at Wimbledon, in Paris and just this week, all of the beautiful women, the practices sessions, the press, the inconsequentialness of it all washes over him like a cold shower... he feels numb, alone and exposed...

The little yellow ball rolls along the cord, seems to stop for a moment, hesitating as it contemplates what do to, but somehow oblivious to the consequences to either man. It pops over to the other side. Julien avoids the break!

Juan-Martin serves a love game to take the 2nd set. The momentum is still with the Argentine.

3rd set... I don't know what will happen, how this will end but I feel that Julien will play the best tennis of his life. He has to!

the talking heads have completely written off Julien; they don't think he has a chance today.

hopefully Benneteau will prove them wrong!

    Julien to serve!
