Anything but Nadal in 2 would be shocking.

Please follow protocol when creating a match thread.

Poll is mandatory (follow Chico's guidelines on this) and having photos of players would be great.

Wawrinka seems to be in sublime form. He has no pressure whatsoever, since this is his first WTF.
I think he'll come charged up tomorrow, raring to go.
But then again, he has never even taken a set off of Rafa. So I think, Rafa should be able to pull through.
Although, the match will be much closer than the Nadal-Ferrer one today.
I think 2 tight sets for Rafa!

I think Wawrinka has a good chance to take his first set from Nadal in this match. He played a great match against Berdych, he's definitely riding a wave of motivation from this being his first WTF.

So Rafa is playing two matches in a row. So much for the complaints of our friend Francisco that the Nolan would be schedule jeopardized lol.

Me thinks Rafa in 2. Wawrinka has the game, but he seems to fold against the Spanish.

    Bamos!!!

Rafa is focused and will get the job done in straights. He wants this badly!

One tight set and one blow out like their last meeting. If Wawa takes the first set then Rafa in 3 with 2 contested sets and a blow out.

Stan has a great shot at winning if Nadal plays like he did today.

Not sure what to expect, but do you know Wawrinka got a poor record on indoor ? 53 wins for 50 losses. It's even worst than Nadal.

So yeah, Nadal to win this one pretty confortably.

Wawrinka is playing probably the best tennis of his career this year. He's been hitting the ball so well in most of his matches.

If not for an injury, he'd have played his first GS final at the USO this year. He was in control of the match before he injured himself and Novak then just tired him out.

To beat this Stan is going to be a huge challenge for Rafa. Rafa's gonna have to serve very well to have any chance of winning a set. He needs his forehand DTL to click against Stan the man or Rafa will be in big trouble in this match.

I hope Rafa is able to bring his A game or I'm afraid Wawrinka is going to blast him off the court.

Now you're saying Wawrinka will win. But if Nadal wins, then don't come back here calling Stan, his pigeon/ lapdog/ fangirl or any other insults you throw upon players.

I'm stuck at work so I can't watch the match, just the scoreline.
I would assume Nadal is on fire today, knowing whats at stake.
Is he crushing the forehand today?
