Few things, I hope you can take criticism well:

I'll start with the good things:
    - You're deceptively quick
    - Good anticipation (I'm assuming you haven't played this guy before)
    - Good motion on the serve

    Bad things I noticed:
    - You have zero wrist action. I think you can get away with it on your forehand side (but you lack spin), but it's holding you back on your backhand slice.
    - You look to have a "stiff" arm, but not to be confused with a "straight-arm" forehand.
    - Backhand in general, you're not turning sideways enough. It's almost as if you're hitting it with your chest facing the the net. One handed backhands come from the hips, and to do that, you need to turn your body to allow your hips to rotate along with the stroke.
    - You need to work on your second serve. Either take something off of your 1st serve or develop a 2nd serve, you can't just float the 2nd serve in.
    - Footwork, I mentioned that you're deceptively quick, but you slow WAY down as you hit the ball. It's almost as if you're "walking" through the ball.
    - Odd thing that I saw, you seem to "admire" your shot after you hit it. Don't, in or out, hit it and keep moving.

Don't get me wrong, you've got more good things than bad, really I mean it. But it seems like you want to improve further, so I thought you could improve on those things.

I see it quite different from the guy sin lo above...
I agree you are very quick but you need to slow down as you move thru the shot
....as you do...so that is good
and you need to stay with the shot a bit...not admire too long, but a small
bit is good...much like you do..so that is good
I don't think he realizes how good your pace is because video makes it look slower in general.

I want to look at your slice more to see why you float them so.
I also think you are looking for too much depth, which leads to problems.
On the TS Bh, you lean back too much trying for straight over the top spin,
but it would be better to get the side top spin just like you do with your Fh
and not lean back so like you are doing. The pull back should be more like the
    Fh as well.

I can't really give you anything that isn't obvious. It appears that your back hand and volleying need the most attention though.

    Oh yes, volleys...
like much of your game other than top spin...seems like there is a badminton
influence, which is not all bad....
but with your volleys and slices it can lead to poking at it improperly.

That said, really nice game overall compared to most rec players and I'm sure
    you win quite a bit.:)

I'm not sure I got your point. Are you just saying you and this guy are quite even?
Then I would say you just need to control your UEs better and improve the
    slice and volley.
Otherwise, I still say you have a overall good game and better than most rec
    players...
Now that is not really saying a whole lot, because most rec players are well
below solid 4.0....but just the same, I'm saying you are far better than the
    avg bear! :)

Enjoyed the vids tonygao. Good camera perspective. Your game is looking pretty good. You missed a few shots, but also made many good ones. I like your strokes in general. Keep the vids coming.
