You love your stats. Where you getting em from?
I take the points leaders from the ATP site generally which has the raw points numbers for 1st, 2nd, and break points for both serve and return. Do some spreadsheet magic and I can pull up detailed stats for each player with ease (just type in the full name and it looks them up and gets exacts figures.) I do this for all time greats also.
The ATP site is a disaster this year as Olympics return numbers are not in the database, nor were double faults counted as 2nd serve attempts. I've compensated for a handful of the top players by using tennis abstract data. That's involved a lot of algebra as they don't report seperate first and second return data at tennis abstract. For all time greats, if they are not in the top 200 for one of the 1st or 2nd serve numbers, I can use algebra to get a good estimate of the missing number in detail by various methods and tennis abstract data.
For the record on this match, Ferrer failed big time on first return. Delpo won over 80% of his first serve points.
