3 MP's saved as against Fokina.

Up until 5-4 3rd set, Ruusuvuori had his best match ever and was just about flawless.

Sinner hung in there like a champ though, waiting for his opportunity.

When the opportunity came he pounced, with brilliant shotmaking.

It was by no means an easy ride to the end though.

He saved 3 MP's with all winners/FE's, and when down 3-5 in the tiebreak, he hit a brilliant I/I FH which many of you seemed to have forgot.

A match that didn't deserve a loser, really.

Sinner moves to 14-2 on the year, PCB awaits.

Amazing match, happy for sinner but he really needs to improve the accuracy of his serves. Was not his best day today but I hope he improves as he progresses in the tournament. Feel bad for Ruusuvuori though

Big match for Sinner coming up. Really feel it's a match he needs to be winning to start building some sort of aura.

Sinner quietly having a good year? I haven't heard much about him with all the Alcaraz hype, Nadal talk, vaccine stuff, etc.
