I went out with my hopper of balls today, as I wanted to brush up on topspin lobs. The forehand went OK. I was able to throw a ball into the air, move to it, bend my knees to get under it and do a topspin lob with lots of spin and depth. No problem.

Then I went to the 2HBH side, and all heck broke loose. I did my usual grip change, and I was able to get plenty of nice topspin. Trouble was, the balls were frequently flying long anyway. I notice that my finish seemed a bit abbreviated in a failed attempt to keep the balls from going long, but then again, I'm not sure where the finish should be on that shot.

I also noticed that the 2HBH lobs would only go cross-court, which means any struck from the deuce court would go wide. I assume that's just a shoulder turn problem?

    Any ideas?
