    idk, seems like the player on the video is a rising 3.5.

    he recently won a practice set against PeterPolansky on court 12 at stade uniprix

    I think the strong teams are in a few places.

    2.5, 3.0 - Laney college in Oakland. There's a pair of retired Chinese couple that goes to the districts all the time.

    3.5 - San Francisco Tennis Club. In general, tennis levels are higher in SF.

    I see youre a new poster. this is a joke thread in refenrence to the unrealistic vision that some posters have about ntrp levels.

    the kid on the video was #1 in itf juniors last year and is a practice partner for the cdn davis cup team
