So im stringing my woody, and just using what i got laying around, I have a 1/3 set of string due to a breakage while stringing, for a woody its enough for all but the last 2 crosses in my estimation. So since im not worried about the job as long as its decent would it be really bad to simply used some other left overs to cover the last 2 crosses?

Google Guts and Glory... it's a stringing service near Atlanta that had an experiment with 3 piece stringing a while back, I havent checked back to see the results in a while but it was really interesting nonetheless.
