Not sure, but my understanding is these box beams are solid and not hollow like thicker beamed frames. That's why most box beam frams are smaller and heavier than their MP counterparts.

If you had a box beam MP it may be too heavy

There's one for sale at the big auction site for $499. It's been there for a while.

Prestige and Redondo mid-pluses. But... there's nothing like a box-beam Wilson.

Not correct. Yonex made a ton of 95/97/98 box beams back "in the day" (when racquets were good) that weren't too heavy (unless too heavy is > = 12 ounces). Just needs the right balance.

Babolat Pure Storm, Pure Storm Tour and Pure Storm Ltd.
    Dunlop 200.
    HEAD Prestige mp/pro/whatever.
Fischer used to make a 95 m-comp or m-pro that was flat/box beamed. Nice. Maybe Pacific has reissued it.

Seems like Donnay's the way to for for a large selection of box beams. (I haven't tried any yet)

    Lovely paintjobs too.

Rackets are always hollow. They may be filled with foam, but they're not solid graphite.
