On a side note..I just looked at the draw yesterday :)

The seeding and positioning seems odd.

I thought the #2 played the #3 and the #1 played the #4 player?

Am I missing something? Does tennis do seeding differently?

Good service game, now on to the TB. Huge tie break, this one. ^^^^The draws are supposed to be random.

Got that right. If Ferrer goes up 2-0, it's probably all but over.

#1 and #2 are separated. #3 and #4 are separated. Then they match up Naboo with the easiest opponent.

4-1 to Muzza. Much more aggressive.

Serve is much better too, two or three free points from it in this TB and two aces in the previous game.

It doesn't matter what the seeds are, Federer always plays Djokovic.

    It's in the rules.

7-6 Murray second set. All tied up at 1 now.

Ferrer's serve caused that. He has to improve that or there will be trouble.

And with that, Nadal is the only player remaining in the men's side who's won every match in straight sets. Cake draw.

To be fair though, Murray did play the tie breaker quite well indeed.

Ferrer needs to remember the play in which he got here.

1-0 Murray early in the third. His serve still looking inconsistent.

We'll see how Ferrer looks here.

The easiest draw award in this tournment goes to Sharapova.

Anyways, this match is gonna get good and i've got a damn date after an hour. Looks like i'll avoid this forum and watch the replay unless it's still going on when i return.

    EDIT : Rain delay, **** yeahhhhh :p

It took Murray two hours to tap into a vein of his best play, so it suffices to say that Ferrer could really benefit from this interval.

Now, why don't the tournaments have covers like this on HC? Instead they waste 45 minutes drying them.

They pulled that cover over the entire court in like 30 seconds.

Hey - some humour! Me likey Bob, me likey.

Sl@g him off to your heart's content if it's funny mate - I got no problem with that. Blinkism is one of my favourite posters on here and he absolutely detests Murray and rips him a new one at every opportunity - but by god he's funny doing it!:)

It is all in Petra's hands. Her A game is better than the current Sharapova who is clearly past her best tennis but only still competitive due to being such a fighter and the horrible WTA of today.
