A Pic of Global Gut after 12 hours of hitting

    i did the wax thing again before i played on sunday.

    i think the tension is getting a bit low. i am tempted to cut it out. not sure if it's the gut or the multi (scientifically speaking, it should be the multi that's getting 2 loose)

    Global gut is genious. However, I bet its the global that is losing tension.

    Srings mostly wear at the contact points and you have put string savers at each intersection, as shown in the picture. Great way to make the strings last a long time. You also loose a little feel that way and increase the tension slightly. Waxing, oiling, or clear coating will also greatly decrease the wear and help prevent weather damage.

    That's about what mine looks like with a full bed after about 10 hours, well, not quite that good but I don't wax or use string savers either.

    String savers = pointless example. Show us what it looks like without 50,000,000 string savers.

    Those things are designed to be added in small amounts when you start to get wear in one spot, not used everywhere to make gut last forever.
