Andy Roddick is listed on the ATP site at 6'2"
Bob Bryan is listed on the ATP site at 6'4"
Mike Bryan is listed on the ATP site at 6'3"
Patrick McEnroe is listed on the ATP site at 6'0"
James Blake is listed one the ATP site at 6'1"

This may be an optical illusion, but Bob looks to be considerably more than 1" taller than his brother.

How can James Blake be 1" taller than PMac?

It looks like a straight line to me.

Even though they stand on staight line, but the camera focal point is closest to Roddick and Bob Bryant - you can tell from the relationship between this straight line with the building behind them, thus made them look taller than the others.

And, if a wide-angle lens is used, the subjects closest to the camera will appear disproportionately large, and those furthest away, disproportionately small.

Even without wide-angle lens, it is still true. For example, one building with same height, the closest to the camera will appear the highest. Wide-angle lens only exxagerates the distortion.

Also, James is standing over a drain, and the ground may slope downhill a bit. Looks like a pretty old street.

James Blake appears to just come up to Andy's chin...but is officially only 1" shorter?????

If that's an optical illusion, it's a very, very big one.

Andy and Bob are standing closer to the camera, and James is standing on a slope leading downwards to a drain. Plus, James is leaning backwards and sidewards, which make him look shorter.

Also, a couple of them are wearing flip flops, which don't elevate you as much as Pat's tennis shoes.

Rabbit,
Have a look at the foreground and the positions of each person's feet. You can see they aren't standing on level ground with the closest leaning downhill and the furthest leaning uphill. To our eyes, only McEnroe and Mike Bryan appear level which is no-doubt due to the position of the camera and is why those two seem to match their stated heights -or at least the stated discrepancy in height.
