    Hi TW,

    Just ordered a Prince O3 Original White. The listed spec is 4 pts HL and the one I got is 1 pt HH. It feels totally different than the one I tried, obviously. I had to lay about 25g on the handle to get it to 4pts HL on the balance board.

    Is this within the range of "acceptable QC"? 5 pts of balance seems like a huge difference.

    Thanks.

    Yeah, Prince and Wilson are pretty bad when it comes to QC.

    @keithfival,

    A typical spec tolerance for balance is around the following: +/- 10 mm = 3 to 4 points, but this varies between brands. Annoyingly it's quite common for specs to vary like that. If you haven't played with the racquet and there is still plastic wrap on the handle feel free to send it back. Otherwise I hope the lead tape helps to get it to a spec you enjoy.
