Feels like we have a lot of former #1's still competing on tour. I always think it adds a little extra something to a match knowing that one of the players was once at the very pinnacle of the sport.

So, assume some sort of round robin format where each former #1 has a match with all of the others. Who would the finalists be if the tournament was on hard courts? On clay? On grass? Let's make it a little more interesting and throw in Sampras (now competing on seniors tour).

Former #1's: Roddick, Safin, Hewitt, Ferrero, Moya, Kuerten, Sampras
