Adidas vs Nike apparel fit

How does Nike clothing fit compared to Adidas? I wear Adidas apparel right now but am thinking of switching to Nike. I know Nike shoes run half a size larger (which is annoying because a size UK10 in Adidas fits me perfectly, but I need 9.5 for Nike) but how about shirts? Adidas shirts are on the big side, I normally wear large in everything but have to get medium, and even then they feel a bit baggy and don't have a sharp/slim fit. Do nike tees fit truer to size in large, and are they more of a slim fit?

Thanks

Odd, because in my experience, I always found nike shirts to run bigger than adidas shirts. Likewise, I wear the same size shoes in both brands.

I'll try some on in the store. Has anyone tried the nike pique polos? They look like they fit on the tight side. I heard the Federer apparel does too, and that's what I prefer. I hate baggy/billowing clothes on court. I bought some of the adidas Roland Garros tees, and whilst the designs are awesome, they are just too baggy, even in size medium! I have a load of new adidas apparel I don't want to wear now :(

EDIT: Actually, has anyone tried the 'Nike Match Stipe UV' polos? Seen them online and love the designs, but don't see any stores I could try them on in.

If I wear a M in adidas, should I also get a M for nike polos? If I want to get some deals I need to know soon and make the order within the next couple of hours! (thought I would have time but no)

No, i always wear medium throughout. Only large is sergio tacchini, but that's because it's european sizing
