Hey there, I just started tennis around 2 weeks ago, In that time, Since I've played table tennis in state level before, I've got the hang of it pretty well and my pro told me to gauge myself in this Round Robin coming up Saturday. This'll be my first Tennis tournament.

I've only got two days really, Is there any warmups or anything to do other than the basic stuff.

Also, while I was training at my Athletic Club using their balls, I noticed my serves actually went in quite more often than when I used my own at a Har-Tru court. Would the balls just be the difference? Because I don't feel any change in motion.

Any help would be appreciated, Thank you.

As a competitive table tennis player, you know what you need to warm up. Practice is too late.
You know every company makes a slightly different ball, balls wear out, courts are different, just like in table tennis.
And when you change shoes, rackets, strings, grips, just like in TT, it's different and you have to get used to the feel.
Good luck, keep your head up, and enjoy the experience.
