Any of you guys ever tried it? Any opinions/comments??
If you can afford it, it is good stuff. My standard cocktail for three-hour sessions on the court is two scoops of Rehydrate and one of Spark in a gallon jug. I also take Biotools for recovery and the MNS packets.
