after working out

    after working out what are you supposed to do?

    eat. After the workout try to get in some good food. or a protein shake. Try and refill your body of what you just burnt off.

    Take a hot shower, eat a decent meal.

    After that, do something with your mind.

    Go to the locker room and talk about how awesome you are. Loudly, so everyone can hear.

    Either that or read the paper naked. It's your choice.

    If you lift weights you should eat at least a protein bar or drink and protein shake. You want to make sure your muscles have enough to heal and grow. If you do a very strenuous cardio workout make sure you have a "warm down" period. If you run a couple of miles, take a 1/4 or 1/2 mile cool down walk. It will make you less sore the next day. Also, if your clothes are drenched in sweat chance them. This can prevent joint pain in the future.
