WOW, Agassi is just demolishing every opponent he faces now. And it's not like he should have an easy time because even though they're not top 10 players, Andre is still getting old and he has definately had a tougher time on tour lately. It's looking like he could just crack a win over Federer, despite his walkover today. What do you guys think?

u guys are a bunch of stuck-up fellows. This is a legit post.
the link to the old post is just what it is, OLD (pre-fourth round).

The whole dynamics of the quarter-final match up are now different because of what happened in the fourth round.

AA played his best, beat the crap out of SS, and in doing so, gained tons of confidence. That's what his game is all about.

Fed, on the other hand, didn't play a single point. he will need time to find his range and shots. Anyone who knows competitive tennis will tell u how important it is to keep your competitive juices flowing. not playing a match in 3 days is going to put a halt to Fed's momentum.

That's why i take AA to get of to a fast start and take us back to the age of pony express!

Good point about Fed losing some momentum. If youre not out there every two days, you have a better chance of starting out slow in the next match you play, especially if youre playing AA who starts out quickly.

One of the key factores in this match I think will be the crowd support which will certainly favor Agassi. I wouldn't be surprised if this gives him the extra push he'll need against federer.
