which is better to increase the overall weigh and increase the head lightness of the racket???
(1)placing small sections of lead tape at the buttcap of the racket( in the racket ) ?

    or

(2)placing fishing weighs in the handle of the racket ?

How much weight do you want to add? Use tape if it's a little, use fishing weights if it's a lot.

Try tape first then if that is not enough then go with some fishing weights if you need that much weight.

Lead tape is the simplest and works well for a small amount of weight. The use of fishing weights & a method to contain them so they don'T rattle around requires a little more time and care.
    GOod luck.

If your goal is to make the racquet more headlight while you are holding and swinging it, then the added weight should be as far behind your hand as possible - i.e. in the butt cap area.

Placing weight inside the handle - and thus, directly under your hand - will make the racquet heavier, that's all.

What about some silicone injected into the handle of the racquet? Try that too.
